The goal of our firm is to work hand-in-hand with our clients to make sure their business is a success. We believe our success depends upon our clients’ success. Towards this goal, we work diligently to free out client’s time from dealing with tax and accounting issues so they can dedicate their time to pursue what they originally got into business to do, grow their company into a successful venture.

We also understand that our clients don’t want to spend their valuable time sitting at a desk worrying about taxes or recording accounting data or if payroll will get processed or a myriad of other tax and accounting issues. The great news is our firm can manage all these tax and accounting issues for our clients.

Our Team of Experts
Tom Robinson
President
Tom graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a BBA in Accounting. Tom has been licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to practice accounting in the state of Texas since 1980. Tom began his career working for a Big-8 accounting firm in Dallas, Texas. After 4 years in public accounting, Tom spent the next 31 years as Controller and CFO working in various industries. The majority of this time was spent in the commercial real estate industry. In late 2011, Tom formed W Tom Robinson CPA, PC in Austin, Texas. In 2019, Tom merged his firm with Michael Stevens’ CPA firm in Tyler, Texas. In 2022, Jason Creel joined the firm as a partner, creating the firm of Creel Robinson CPA’s & Associates, PC.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Public Accountants, and the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of Public Accountants.
Tom has two grown daughters, Kristi and Kelli. Kristi has her own interior design/decorating company in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Kelli works for Creel Robinson CPA’s & Associates, PC in its Austin office. When he’s not working, Tom enjoys movies, music, and game nights.
Michael Jason Creel, CPA
CEO
Jason graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in Accounting. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2009. Jason provides tax planning, reporting, and compliance services for individuals, partnerships and corporations, trusts, and estates. His industry concentrations include real estate, retail, construction, professional services, and personal service providers. Jason also has a specialized focus in state and local taxes.
Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. His current community board service includes the East Texas Crisis Center, Bullard Education Foundation, and the East Texas Estate Planning Council.
When not at the office, Jason enjoys a variety of sports and cheering on sports teams, cooking, music, and traveling. He and his wife, Amanda enjoy spending time with their daughters Madison and Avery.
